About ChemGrade
ChemGrade is a biochemical reference database. We index clinical dosage protocols, compound bioavailability data, and mechanism-of-action research for educational use.
What We Do
The supplement industry is saturated with marketing claims unsupported by clinical data. ChemGrade exists to cut through this noise. We index only compounds with peer-reviewed human clinical evidence, publish the relevant mechanisms in plain language, and score each protocol transparently using a documented methodology.
We do not sell supplements. We do not accept payment for protocol placement or efficacy score manipulation. Our affiliate links are disclosed and our editorial decisions are independent of vendor relationships.
Editorial Process
Literature Review
Every compound indexed on ChemGrade is researched against PubMed, Examine.com, and available peer-reviewed clinical literature. We prioritize randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in human subjects. Animal studies are referenced only where human data is absent, and are disclosed as such.
Protocol Formulation
Dosage ranges, timing recommendations, and contraindications are derived directly from the dosing used in clinical trials showing statistically significant effects. We do not extrapolate from manufacturer recommendations or anecdotal reports.
Efficacy Scoring
Each protocol receives a ChemGrade Efficacy Score (1–10). See our Methodology page for the full scoring rubric. Scores are reviewed and updated when new clinical data becomes available.
Editorial Review
All published content is reviewed by the ChemGrade editorial team for factual accuracy, clinical plausibility, and compliance with our medical disclaimer standards before publication.
Ongoing Updates
Supplement science evolves. We review and update protocols when new meta-analyses or RCTs are published. The publication date on each article reflects the most recent editorial review.
Editorial Team
ChemGrade content is researched and written by the ChemGrade editorial team — a group of researchers with backgrounds in biochemistry, sports science, and clinical nutrition. All protocols are cross-referenced against PubMed-indexed clinical literature before publication.
We are not a medical practice and do not employ licensed physicians in a clinical capacity. ChemGrade is an educational reference database. No content on this site constitutes medical advice.
